About Prep Wiki
A manual for people who would like to be ready, without the camouflage and the shouting.
The idea
- You choose how ready you want to be. Five levels, from 72 hours to a full bunker.
- Each level is a checklist you can tick off, with cost, time and a guide behind every line.
- Once you have opened the site it keeps working without internet. That seemed important.
The tone
- The advice is serious and follows what rescue services and public health bodies recommend.
- The jokes are jokes. They live in the Nonsense corner and in the odd aside, and are marked as such.
- We do not sell fear. Most emergencies are boring, and being ready makes them more boring still.
How it pays for itself
- Prep Wiki works with partners: dealers and makers that we name openly.
- We only share a deal when we think it is a good one. The site is made by a prepper who buys this stuff himself.
- A partner may pay to be listed, or pay us a commission when you buy from them.
- Partners are always marked as partners, and they do not decide what is on a checklist.
Who makes it
- Prep Wiki is made by 4V3D, a family app studio in Tallinn, Estonia.
